Studied Systems Analysis and Business Informatics in Germany and Sweden. Holding a PhD in Informatics from Göteborg University (Sweden). Have worked with Business Process Management, Organization Design and IT since 1994 as a researcher, lecturer, consultant, and the pharmaceutical industry. As of 01-04-07 associated with Gartner Consulting in Germany.
