Finally ...

I found some time for writing and the result is going to be published in the 2007 edition of the BPM and Workflow Handbook. My chapter Business Process Management in Pharmaceutical R&D will address general aspects of BPM in a pharma environment, and also present a mini-case on BPM in clinical development in former ALTANA Pharma, now being part of the Nycomed group.
